Lake Meadows 

Is a peaceful, lakefront community located in Gray, Tennessee on the banks of Boone Lake.​ Established approximately thirty years ago and with only a few remaining undeveloped lots, we are conveniently located just minutes from Johnson City while enjoying the privacy and scenery of country spaces.

Ammenities

Lake Meadows offers a variety of amenities, including a community pool, tennis court, pavilion, and dock, as well as general access to Boone Lake.

Homeowners association

We have an active association, comprised exclusively of ​homeowners, who work to preserve the community properties, as well as act as liaisons for our community members regarding any issues that may arise.
